The website at getmymoney.com and getmyproperty.com (the "Site") is operated by GigaDebt Systems, LLC ("GetMyMoney"), a technology platform that lets landlords and creditors request help with Michigan evictions and debt collection. Legal services requested through the Site are provided by independent law firms — in Michigan, Hanna & Jarbo PLLC (the "Firm"). In this Policy, "we" and "us" refers to GetMyMoney and, once a matter is accepted, the Firm, as applicable. This Policy explains what information is collected through the Site, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship. Sending us an intake, uploading a document, or paying a quote does not by itself make us your lawyers. See our Client Engagement Terms.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not collect or store full card numbers; the payment provider handles card data under its own terms and security standards.

To save you time, documents you upload are processed by an artificial-intelligence service to extract key details (such as names, addresses, and amounts) for your confirmation. A human reviews matters before legal action is taken. Our AI providers are not permitted to use your documents to train their models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the Site and provide services:

5 · Text messages and email

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send you verification codes and case updates by text message. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with activity on your matter. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP (reply HELP for help), or by changing your update preferences in your client portal. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of service emails about an active matter.

6 · How long we keep information

We keep matter information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet our legal, professional, and record-retention obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8 · If your information appears in someone else's matter

Documents uploaded by our clients may contain information about you (for example, if you are a tenant or debtor). If you believe your information is held by us in that way, you may contact us using the details below; professional obligations to our clients may limit what we can disclose or change.
